Sea Marathon Organized in Yafa with the Participation of 100 Jerusalemite Youth

Sumo Jerusalemite group organized “The Sea Marathon” initiative on Saturday 21\01\2017 within Khuta project executed by Burj Al-Luqluq and Pal-Vision, supervised by the Higher Council for Youth & Sports and funded by the UNFPA and YPEER.

One hundred male and female Jerusalemite Youth participated in the initiative and headed to Yafa “Al-Sheikh Mu’nes” displaced village to start the marathon on Yafa’s beach.

At the end of the marathon the winners were honoured. Ibrahim Sinjilawi came first in the while Munther Abu Baker came second and Manal Al-Alami came third. Afterwards, the group had a Jerusalemite meal and enjoyed a cultural musical evening on the beach.
