Burj Al Luqluq Ceramic Training Center and Laboratory continue the ceramics course

 

We Are Change project, funded by the European Union, in cooperation with the International Committee for the Development of Peoples (CISP) continues to to implement its various activities, especially with regard to academic support and educational course in the training center for ceramics and in the kindergarten of the Burj Al-Luqluq Society especially in the current conditions associated with the Corona pandemic and all associated commitment to stone Domestic social and its consequences.

 

The project, through the Ceramic Training Center and Laboratory of Burj Al-Luqluq, was able to continuously apply the theoretical training that the students receive through the interactive session on the zoom app.

 Where the practical aspect is implemented by students at home and discussion about work through collective and individual follow-up of the students by the artist Nimer Sartawi, who was able to complete the integrated training course that includes the most important principles of ceramics in terms of skills and methods that enable the graduates to start using these tools in Their future working life.

 

The students share some of the drawings they worked on to be discussed with the ceramic trainer and choose the scientific methods and means of how to turn them into ceramic pieces.

 

The first project application from home:

The Burj Al-Luqluq Society operator and training center were able to help the students to create a suitable environment for their work despite the fact that they work from home with technical, technical, and theoretical support about the steps of preparing drawings, the basics of drawing, and the importance of practicing drawing.
