Fursa

Fursa is a project which supports youth initiatives in the city of Jerusalem. The project aims to promote the creativity of young Jerusalemites by helping them implement their youth initiatives, which in return contribute to the development of the local community and deal with the challenges they face.

During the program, nine cooperation and partnership agreements were signed with Jerusalemite associations, schools, cooperatives and youth groups to implement creative humanitarian initiatives in the Jerusalemite community, with a total number of beneficiaries reaching 1,200.

Six episodes of the “Latifa and the Community” series, reaching more than 10,000 views per episode.

Nine youth initiatives were implemented with Y-PEER Education Network, nine cooperatives with youth centers and institutions, and three cooperatives with youth groups.

The project is supported by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA).
