Burj Al-Luqluq works on several programs to empower marginalized groups of the society and improve their quality of living on the social and economic levels as follows:

• Social empowerment programs mainly target children, youth and women, through a number of awareness and entertainment programs, promotion of identity and arts programs, in addition to psychosocial support programs.
• Economic empowerment programs target youth and women, and aim to support entrepreneurs, train them vocationally, and qualify them to learn and enter a specific trade or profession through which the beneficiary achieves financial independence and economic sufficiency to build a better future
