From Jerusalem to Hebron City Welfare Association and Burj Al-Luqluq Organize Special Sport Exchanges Within the Project ‘ Sport Sponsorship for Clubs in Hebron’

Burj Al-Luqluq Social Center Society organized within the project ‘Sport Sponsorship for Clubs in Hebron’ which funded by the business man ‘Mounir Al-Kaloti’ and supervised by Welfare Association; the first sport exchanges between Jerusalem and Hebron in the participation of five Clubs from Hebron and one team from Jerusalem which is Burj Al-Luqluq Youth team.

Clubs from Hebron were Al-Shuyukh Youth Club, Surif Youth Club, Al-Karmel Club, Tariq Bin Ziad Club and Beit Ommar Youth Club.

The first sport exchange was settled at ‘Youth Muslims Association’ facilities and was conducted on point obtaining basis.

Surif Youth Club has won the tournament and Burj Al-Luqluq came in the second place under the supervision of the sport advisor Nihad Zughaiar and the project Coordinator Khaled Al-Shaloudi who honoured the winners with cups and medals.

At the second Sport Exchange, Beit Ommar Club Played against Al-Karmel Youth Club in the popular sport hall in Hebron and won the match by 3-7 lead confirming their domination and winning the tournament. Furthermore, Mounir Al-Kaloti granted the winner a special gift and participants were honoured cups and medals.

The Project Coordinator ‘Khaled Al-Qawasmi’ thanked the participated teams and confirmed that these kind of activities will be consistent for the next summer in order to develop these clubs and to reinforce the Palestinian identity from the south to the north of Palestine Otherwise, Burj Al-Luqluq Sport Advisor ‘Nihad Zughaiar’ confirmed that these sport exchanges are a message from Jerusalem to Hebron in order to reinforce the collaboration between the two cities.

Finally, Burj Al-Luqluq Executive Manager ‘Muntaser Idkaidek’ confirmed that the admired business man Mounir Kaloti insisted on implementing the third part of his project in Hebron City in order to expand sport relationships between the two cities in one message and one goal which is developing sport institutions.
